Customer Experience - Who's Focussed on it, How & Why

It is seen as being critical to business by over 60% of organisations (Forrester) and is a topic that draws focus and attention. Delivering and differentiating on customer experience is important in both the private and public sectors. This presentation will look at independent research, customer case studies and Oracle applications that are relevant so attendees can identify potential areas they can address to improve their own customer experience delivery.
Steve is currently working as a Sales Consultant with Oracle NZ, specifically focussed on Customer Experience solutions. He joined Oracle in 1997 and in 2006 became part of the CRM sales team, which through acquisition has now evolved into the CX team.
