Upgrading to Receivables R12? What You Need to Know

Thinking of migrating to R12, and you currently use Receivables?
The collections workbench in Oracle Receivables has been obsoleted in R12, and is now replaced by some Advanced Collections functionality. The collections workbench comprises functionality such as customer account overviews, customer balances, dunning letters, statements and call tracking, and customer aging. This session will provide an overview of and tips on migrating to Receivables R12, changes and enhancements in the user interface, and new functionality introduced with the release.

She currently works for HP (previously CGNZ), who implemented the first Advanced Collections project in the southern hemisphere, and the only implementation in New Zealand.
